At CapesMobile, we try to make order cancellations simple. This Cancellation Policy explains when you can cancel an order and what happens if you cancel.
1. Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel your order free of charge any time before the order has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our support team with your order number.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).
3. How to Request Cancellation

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after cancellation is confirmed. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Orders with Multiple Items
If you cancel part of an order (one or more items) and the remaining items are still eligible, cancellation and refund will be processed for the cancelled items only.
6. Special Cases
- If an order is found fraudulent or in violation of our Terms, we reserve the right to cancel it.
- If a product is out of stock after placing your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or an estimated reship date.
