Shipping Policy
At CapesMobile, we aim to deliver your mobile accessories quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, shipping durations, charges, tracking, and what to do if an issue occurs.
1. Order Processing Time
- We process orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment (unless otherwise stated).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Durations (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery time after the order is dispatched:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to high courier volume, weather, or other operational disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary by product weight and delivery location and are calculated at checkout.
- We may run free-shipping promotions — any applicable discount will be displayed during checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select pincodes and may include an additional COD charge.
- If COD is not available for your pincode, you will need to choose an online payment method to place the order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send an email/SMS with a tracking ID and link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts & Returns
- Couriers will attempt delivery typically 2–3 times.
- If the courier is unable to deliver, the package may be returned to us and may incur reshipment charges.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will guide you through the return/replacement process.
8. Lost or Stuck Shipments
If your shipment is lost or stuck with the courier for more than 10 days, contact us and we will raise an investigation with the shipping partner. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will provide a reshipment or refund.
9. International Shipping
Currently we ship within India only. For international shipping inquiries, email support@capesmobile.com.
