At CapesMobile, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, stickers, and box contents must be intact.
  • The product must not be physically damaged, burnt, broken, or water-damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Screen guards / tempered glass after usage or installation.
  • Cables, chargers, earbuds showing signs of physical damage.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Any product returned without original packaging.

3. Replacement Policy (7-Day Replacement)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

  • Product not delivered.
  • Order cancelled before shipping.
  • Return approved and product received in original condition.

Refund Time: 3–7 business days after inspection & approval.

5. Return Shipping

  • If product is defective — we pay return shipping.
  • If customer changes mind — customer pays return shipping.

7. Cancellation After Shipping
