1. Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, stickers, and box contents must be intact.
- The product must not be physically damaged, burnt, broken, or water-damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Screen guards / tempered glass after usage or installation.
- Cables, chargers, earbuds showing signs of physical damage.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Any product returned without original packaging.
3. Replacement Policy (7-Day Replacement)
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
- Product not delivered.
- Order cancelled before shipping.
- Return approved and product received in original condition.
Refund Time: 3–7 business days after inspection & approval.
5. Return Shipping
- If product is defective — we pay return shipping.
- If customer changes mind — customer pays return shipping.

7. Cancellation After Shipping
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.
